Roc La Familia & Hector Bambino ‘el Father’ presents Los Rompe Discotekas is the newly released album (Roc La Familia/Def Jam) Hector headed alongside Jay-Z. Jay-Z is featured as ‘el Presidente’ with Hector in the album’s first single, ‘Here We Go Yo’. The song was written by Hector and Jay-Z and has had chart presence for over two months. The album debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Top Latin Album sales charts and has remained there for the two weeks following its release. Featured artists include Fat Joe, Memphis Bleek and Freeway as well as reggaeton heavyweights Wisin & Yandel, Don Omar, Yomo, Naldo and Alexis & Fido among others.
Hector is known as the godfather of reggaeton. He pioneered the reggaeton underground as part of the well known duo, Hector y Tito, opening the doors to Don Omar, Daddy Yankee and more. He has constantly had hit song charting over the past few years.
