UMPG Signs Nely "El Arma Secreta" |

UMPG Latin America is pleased to welcome, Nely “el Arma Secreta” (“The Secret Weapon”) to the family. At only 18, he has written and produced for many of the top reggaeton artists such as Don Omar (“Conteo”), Daddy Yankee ("Gangster Zone"), Hector “el Father” (“Esta Noche De Travesura”, “Dejale Caer To’ El Peso”), Wisin & Yandel (“Rakata”, “Noche De Sexo”), Tito “el Bambino” (“Mia”), Alexis & Fido (“El Tiburon”) and more. Most recently, he co-wrote five songs for Don Omar’s King of Kings album. The album has been #1 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Albums chart for six weeks to date. One of his tracks, “Conteo”, is currently being picked up in many countries around the world as the unofficial single, getting airplay simultaneously along with the official second single off the Don Omar album. The track is also featured in the film The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.
Nely is currently working on tracks for the upcoming releases of Daddy Yankee for Interscope and Zion for Sony.
