It’s no secret that Nely is considered by many as one of the most prolific Reggaeton producers today. The man behind chart topping hits for Daddy Yankee & Snoop Dogg (Gangster Zone), Don Omar, Wisin & Yandel (Rakata), Hector “El Father” (Noche De Travesura), Zion Y Lennox, R. Kelly (Burn It Up), Frankie J.(Obsession) and Yaviah (Contacto) just to name a few, is Josias De La Cruz, better known as super producer Nely ‘El Arma Secreta’. Nely immersed himself in music at the early age of five years old while playing drums in his local church. At age of 14 he began experimenting with Reggaeton and has since mastered his craft. He quickly established himself as the top producer for some of the music industry’s biggest stars. Nely has been an intricate part of the Reggaeton explosion; contributing beats to Reggaeton’s highest selling albums including Don Omar’s ‘King of Kings’ Wisin Y Yandel’s ‘Pa’L Mundo’ and ‘Mas Flow 2.’ At only 19 years old with an extensive list of hits to his credit, Nely has accomplished more than most producers accomplish in a lifetime.
